Amazon Fire Stick / Fire TV

  1. 1On your Fire Stick home screen, open Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options and turn on Apps from Unknown Sources.
  2. 2Go back home, search for the Downloader app and install it.
  3. 3Open Downloader and enter the app link we send you in WhatsApp, then press Go.
  4. 4Install the player app when the download finishes, then open it.
  5. 5Enter the username, password and server URL from your activation message.
  6. 6Wait for the channel list to load — then start watching.

Android TV / Google TV

  1. 1Open the Google Play Store on your TV and install the player app we recommend for your plan.
  2. 2Launch the app and choose Add Playlist or Add User.
  3. 3Enter the login details we sent you (username, password, server URL).
  4. 4Save, let the channel list sync, and you're live.

Android Phone & Tablet

  1. 1Install the player app from the Play Store or the link in your activation message.
  2. 2Open the app and pick the Xtream Codes / playlist login option.
  3. 3Paste your username, password and server URL.
  4. 4Tap Add, then open Live TV, Movies or Series.

iPhone, iPad & Apple TV

  1. 1Install a supported IPTV player from the App Store (we'll tell you which one to use).
  2. 2Some players require a small one-time App Store fee — that's paid to Apple, not to us.
  3. 3Open the app and add a new playlist using your username, password and server URL.
  4. 4Save and let the content load. On Apple TV, sign in with the same details.

Samsung & LG Smart TVs

  1. 1Open your TV's app store and install a supported IPTV player.
  2. 2Open the app and note the MAC address or device key shown on screen.
  3. 3Send that code to us on WhatsApp — we'll link your subscription to it.
  4. 4Restart the app and your channels will appear.

MAG & Formuler Boxes

  1. 1Power on the box and open Settings → System Settings → Servers → Portals.
  2. 2Enter a portal name (Alpha IPTV) and the portal URL we send you.
  3. 3Save, then restart the box.
  4. 4Send us the MAC address printed on the bottom of the box so we can authorise it.

Windows PC & Mac

  1. 1Install VLC or a desktop IPTV player.
  2. 2Choose Open Network Stream / Add Playlist.
  3. 3Paste the M3U link from your activation message.
  4. 4Press play and browse the full channel list.

Alpha IPTV Box

  2. 2Plug it into HDMI and power, connect to Wi-Fi or ethernet.
  3. 3Open the app on the home screen and start watching.
